Implementation in Three Easy Stages

Stage One - Understanding your Business

Spending time with your management team we gather information on how your business operates, its structure, processes and culture. Through the information gathered we interpret how the standard will apply to your business and how it will need to be implemented. We also use this time spent with your team to explain the requirements of the standard as they apply to each area of your business.

Stage Two - Document Preparation

Using the information gathered during stage one, the required systems are built and documentation developed in accordance with the management system standard and the needs of your business. 

Stage Three - Management System Presentation / Implementation

Working with your team again, we take you through the systems and documentation built for your business, providing comprehensive guidance on the requirements and actions needed for the implementation to be successful and achieve maximum value.

Where additional services are required, we assist you with the implementation, taking your business to a position ready to operate the management system in preparation for certification.

 


A full set of documentation is supplied to your business electronically.

Ongoing implementation support is provided via email & telephone.
